Job summary

Think Together is seeking a Part-Time Site Assistant to support student services at designated sites. You will assist with attendance, check-in/out processes, material preparation, data entry, and coordinated snack programs. You may back up the Site Program Manager and supervise students and staff as needed.

The role involves coordinating with parents during drop-off/pick-up, maintaining records, and handling program fees. Strong English skills and background checks are required.

Qualifications

• English proficiency required for public-school setting
• Live Scan/criminal background check and TB test required

Responsibilities

• Assist Site Program Manager with scheduling and student check-in/out processes
• Interact with parents during drop-off and pick-up periods
• Organize and prepare educational materials; manage resources and records
• Enter data into spreadsheets and manage program fee tracking
• Assist with payment portal management and snack program coordination
• Perform general office duties and assist with room cleanup as needed
• Supervise students and staff in the absence of Site Coordinator
• Contribute to coaching and training of staff and volunteers
