Job summary

The University of Missouri System’s Registrar's Office is seeking a Student Support Specialist I to join a collaborative team. You will respond to calls and emails, process Cherwell tickets, and assist walk-in customers while supporting registration, verifications, residency, and records across the campus.

Primary duties include guiding students through add/drop, handling NSC verifications, residency petitions, and revisions of records, while upholding FERPA privacy.

Qualifications

• PeopleSoft (myZou) experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with course registration and related changes in university systems.
• Inform students and third parties about NSC verifications and process requests via myZou.
• Respond to residency inquiries and assist with petitions.
• Manage revisions of Records, including committee workflows and correspondence.
• Explain FERPA privacy rules and handling of releases.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
