Job summary

The position handles front-facing inquiries, uses the Q-Flow system for routing, and maintains student records while assisting with enrollment and testing processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in an educational environment or in customer services is preferred.
• Flexible schedule; some evenings, weekends and extended hours may be required.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the primary point of contact for students, parents, and visitors.
• Responds to inquiries via in-person, phone, email, and text/chat with accurate information.
• Vets student needs and queues them in the Q-Flow System.
• Maintains records of students served and services through the Q-Flow Student System.
• Assists students in enrollment, testing, advising and financial aid processes.
• Processes enrollment forms and maintains accurate student records.
