Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- 3+ years of progressively responsible financial aid experience, preferably at a community college.
- Strong knowledge of federal/state laws governing financial aid and customer service orientation.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and administer all facets of financial aid programs and office operations with a strong customer service focus.
- Educate and counsel students and parents on financial aid options and procedures (Direct Loan entry/exit, application status, funds delivery).
- Perform federal verification and SAP reviews; ensure compliance with regulations and reconciliations.
- Develop and update policies, forms, and communications; provide staff training as needed.
