Responsibilities

• Provides administrative support for numerous activities between 2 connected units (Student Affairs and Admissions).
• Supports events (i.e., white coat, graduation, career fair, admission interviews, match day, 100-day countdown).
• Provides support with absence reporting.
• Provides support with PASS applications.
• Assists with reviewing, tracking, selecting and hosting Scholarships and Honors and Awards events.
• Supports student organization registration and events.
• Assists with student travel and quarterly Cleary Act reporting.
• Orders supplies and processes travel reimbursements.
