Paycom - ATS is seeking a Student Services Coordinator to act as on-site and remote liaison between program activities and students. The role maintains student records, recruits and orients participants, and collaborates with community partners to achieve program goals.

Strong customer service, bilingual abilities in English, Dari, and Spanish, and organizational skills are essential to ensure compliance with NSLP regulations and timely processing of paperwork.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Bilingual in English, Dari and Spanish is required.
• AA degree or some college experience is preferred.
• Two or more years of related experience is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assist in recruitment and orientation activities for programs.
• Prepare and administer CASAS appraisals, pre-tests and post-tests.
• Communicate with Administrative Offices and meet due dates for CASAS paperwork.
• Provide on-site and remote support for students.
• Greet visitors, answer calls and provide stellar customer service.
• Assist students with basic technical issues and distribute materials.
• Maintain student files and coordinate with community organizations.
• Ensure NSLP compliance and support instructors for positive student experience.
• Handle clerical duties and manage meals and inventory as needed.
• Submit enrollments, transcripts, and requests to appropriate departments.
