Job summary

LearnWell is seeking a organized Student Education Liaison to ensure that all student paperwork is entered accurately in our CRM. The role includes data entry, document reviews, and coordination with school district personnel for approvals of academic services.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree, at least two years in customer service, and strong written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Business or Communications majors preferred.
• Minimum of two years of customer service experience required.
• Proven professionalism in written and verbal communication.
• Ability to perform under pressure, take initiative and manage multiple tasks with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Data entry and management of all student information within our CRM platform.
• Diligent review of required student documents within our CRM and collection of any missing information.
• Communication with school district personnel regarding approval for students' academic services and the collection of students' schoolwork.
• Support for operational and teaching staff regarding information within our CRM and required report generation.
