Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Site Coordinator to implement the School Support Plan, providing tiered supports for about 100 students and school-wide efforts for roughly 1500 students. You will track data across sites, ensure CIS data system usage, and report quarterly progress.

You’ll collaborate with school leaders to meet attendance goals, host parent workshops, and share evaluation data with the CIS Evaluation Dept. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or demonstrated relevant equivalent experience in education, social work or related field.
• Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to analyze and interpret various documents.

Responsibilities

• Provide tiered supports for approximately 100 students and school-wide supports for about 1500 students.
• Track school-wide and case-managed data to assess progress and adjust supports.
• Submit quarterly data reports demonstrating data entry at each school site.
• Coordinate attendance initiatives and parent workshops; engage with school administrators and DOE.
