Job summary

Paycom - ATS in Sacramento seeks a Student Services Coordinator to serve as on-site and remote liaison between program activities and students. You will maintain detailed student records, support recruitment and orientation, and collaborate with community partners to pursue program goals and funding objectives.

Under indirect supervision, you will provide timely CASAS appraisals, pre-tests and post-tests, greet visitors, assist with basic tech issues, and help ensure clean, organized sites.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bilingual in English, Dari and Spanish required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment and orientation activities for programs.
• Ensure CASAS appraisals, pre-tests and post-tests are prepared and administered on time.
• Communicate with Administrative Offices and ensure CASAS paperwork is delivered by due date.
• Provide on-site and remote support for students.
• Greet visitors and answer incoming calls to provide stellar customer service.
• Assist students with basic technical issues.
• Represent and market programs to the target community/region.
• Inform community about program activities and issues.
• Analyze and monitor student recruitment, retention, and ADA.
• Submit weekly/monthly activity reports to Supervisor.
• Maintain physical and electronic student files in a central, organized manner.
• Maintain productive relationships with external community organizations; initiate purchases and distribute materials.
• Enroll students into various programs and registrations.
• Collaborate with site staff to keep the site clean and organized.
• Comply with county health department regulations for NSLP.
• Collaborate with instructors to ensure a positive student experience.
• Perform clerical duties and office maintenance to optimize site operations.
• Store meals properly, rotate stock and track inventory to reduce waste.
• Document and track distribution of technological devices to students.
• Submit enrollments/transcripts/requests to appropriate departments promptly.
