Miami University Alumni Association is seeking a Student Services Advocate to provide high-level, front-line services to students and families. This role supports registration, billing, and financial aid processes while ensuring a seamless student experience from enrollment to graduation.

The position emphasizes customer service excellence, problem solving, and effective communication within a fast-paced university environment, with opportunities to engage across departments and campus partners.

Qualifications

• Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree; OR Associate degree plus at least one year of customer-centric experience; OR HS diploma/GED plus at least two years of customer-centric experience.

Responsabilités

• Deliver exceptional, student-centered customer service and resolve complex inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Counsel students and families on financial aid packages, billing, payment plans, and registration processes.
• Serve as a liaison for students navigating university systems, collaborating with campus partners to resolve issues.
• Maintain a welcoming environment for diverse student populations.
