The Medical College of Wisconsin is seeking a motivated administrative support individual to assist with routine filing, data entry, and project tasks in accordance with established procedures.

This role involves light typing, data entry across multiple software systems, file maintenance, and collaboration with research teams, including participation in meetings and lab activities as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum required education: Enrolled in college.
• Minimum required experience: No experience required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in routine sorting, calculating, posting, copying, and filing.
• Assist in maintaining files in appropriate location.
• Look up information in tables, lists and reports; post information appropriately.
• Perform light typing/word processing as needed.
• Perform data entry in a variety of software systems and/or complete forms as requested.
• Perform basic administrative support under supervision.
• Perform basic research experiments.
• Support lab maintenance.
• Assist with research-based administrative duties.
• Participate in lab meetings, seminars, workshops, etc. as needed.
• Collaborate with other research team members.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Other duties as assigned.
