You will help verify participant stipends, prepare correspondence, and assist in enrolling patients in educational and social intervention studies. Strong clerical skills and attention to detail are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required for clerical roles.
• At least 1 year of related administrative experience.
• CITI training completed within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient visits to clinic and organize study materials.
• Enter required data into clinical research forms and databases.
• Verify bills and stipends related to participants.
• Assist enrollment of patients in educational and social intervention studies.
• Provide general clerical support to nurses and investigators.
• Prepare outreach packets and recruitment kits.
