Job summary

Universal Technical Institute, Inc. is seeking a Reentry Advisor to support student retention by maintaining regular contact with former, absent, and at-risk students to encourage persistence and return to school.

Qualifications

• Must have HS Diploma or GED and 2+ years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in student services, admissions, or retention preferred.
• Demonstrates ability to contact and engage students with empathy and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily outreach to former students via phone, email, text, and other channels to encourage re-entry.
• Maintain ongoing contact with prospective re-entry students and document outreach activities.
• Meet with students considering withdrawal to discuss resources and re-entry steps.
• Assist the Student Affairs team in connecting students with internal/external resources.
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining confidentiality and following company policies.
