Job summary

Universal Technical Institute, Inc. in Tampa seeks a Re-entry Advisor to boost student retention and re-enrollment. You will maintain regular contact with former and at‑risk students, guide them to resources, and coordinate re-entry opportunities to promote persistence and successful return to school.

You will work with campus leadership and student services to track engagement and support retention initiatives, while delivering excellent service with confidentiality.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree preferred.
• Minimum two years relevant experience; student services or retention preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily outbound outreach to former/absent/at-risk students to encourage re-entry.
• Maintain ongoing contact and document outreach and outcomes in systems.
• Meet with students considering withdrawal to discuss re-entry resources.
• Contact absent students to identify barriers and provide support resources.
• Participate in weekly campus accountability meetings and update re-entry progress.
• Support campus re-entry initiatives and retention efforts.
• Assist Student Affairs in connecting students with support services.
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining confidentiality.
• Other duties as assigned.
