Universal Technical Institute, Inc. is seeking a Student Development Advisor to recruit and enroll students in Advanced Training programs on campus. You will present information, engage with students, and coordinate with employers and departments to support enrollment and success.

The role requires strong communication, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment while delivering outcomes and excellent service to students and families.

Qualifications

• High School diploma/GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1-2 years customer service experience required.
• 1-2 years of sales experience required.
• Industry knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promotes, markets, and recruits students for Advanced Training Programs with engaging presentations.
• Drives outcomes related to Advanced Training metrics and collaborates with campus teams.
• Advises students regarding potential downgrades and emphasizes the value of completing programs.
• Answers student questions and coordinates with Advanced Training Managers on needs.
• Interviews students to determine eligibility and schedules interviews for managers.
• Plans Advanced Training Program Expos and other promotional events.
• Ensures enrollment progress and addresses concerns about cost, curriculum, or policy.
• Owns program change and graduate enrollment processes with timely follow-through.
