Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in student services or retention.
• Experience with outreach, enrollment, or admissions is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily outreach to former students via calls, email, and text to encourage re-entry.
• Maintain ongoing contact with prospective re-entry students and document outreach in systems.
• Meet with students considering withdrawal to discuss resources and re-entry steps.
• Identify barriers to attendance and connect students with support resources.
• Participate in weekly campus accountability meetings and report progress on outreach and re-entry.
• Support re-entry initiatives to increase retention and re-enrollment.
• Assist Student Affairs in linking students with internal/external support services.
• Provide excellent service while maintaining confidentiality and following policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
