Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least one year of admissions or related experience preferred.

• Self-motivated, confident, and able to manage projects through successful completion.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and follow-up skills.
• Knowledge of information systems and proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and internet-based applications.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Willingness to travel extensively, approximately 8-10 weeks per academic year.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays as required

Responsibilities

• Develop a travel itinerary to represent the University at events and recruit prospective students.
• Attend and recruit at local, regional, and national graduate fairs.
• Build relationships with counselors at colleges and universities.
• Deliver admissions presentations to individuals and groups of prospective graduate students.
• Maintain contact with prospective students through phone, email, and marketing materials to help them admissions pathway.
• Monitor enrollment goals and respond to progress throughout recruitment cycle.
• Process and review applications and render admission decisions for prospective students.
• Use the student information system to conduct personalized outreach to prospective graduate students.
• Conduct individual counseling appointments, information sessions, presentations, webinars, and outreach campaigns.
