Job summary

- Bachelor's degree required; relevant professional experience may substitute.
- Strong analytical skills and working knowledge of student information systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, with ability to interact with students, faculty and staff.
- Commitment to exceptional customer service and supporting student success.
Responsibilities
- Provide end-to-end service to students across channels (in person, phone, email, online).
- Advise on academic progress, financial aid, registration, enrollment, and related matters.
- Collaborate with departments to connect students with appropriate services and resources.
- Maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment in sensitive situations.
