Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University seeks an Assistant Director of Student Recruitment to lead regional outreach, public relations, and marketing to meet enrollment goals. The ADR will supervise RCs and coordinate with ESO and enrollment/marketing liaisons to ensure programs and services are represented effectively.

The role is remote with moderate travel and requires travel to regional events, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
• Strong analytical skills and familiarity with information systems.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Experience in higher education recruitment preferred.
• Ability to travel locally and regionally.

• Develop regional recruitment strategies to meet enrollment goals.
• Plan and attend events and give university presentations.
• Coordinate with ESO and enrollment/marketing liaisons.
• Supervise Regional Recruitment Counselor(s) and monitor performance.
• Travel regionally and work some evenings/weekends.
