Job summary

IBMC College in Longmont, CO seeks a full-time Registrar to manage student records across campus. You will create and maintain student files, enter enrollments in CampusVue for online and on-ground students, post attendance and grades, and handle transcript requests and transfer credits with accuracy and confidentiality.

The ideal candidate has an Associate degree with three years of customer service experience, or equivalent education.

Qualifications

• Associate degree and three years customer service experience, or equivalent education and experience.
• Experience in an educational institution preferred.
• Proficiency with CampusVue and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain student files and enter enrollments in CampusVue for online and on-ground students.
• Post student attendance daily and grades every session for online and on-ground students.
• Print and distribute diplomas, grade sheets, and bookstore schedules.
• Prepare reports from CampusVue and maintain confidentiality of student information.
