Job summary

Keiser University is seeking a Registrar to build and schedule academic programs and services at the campus level, and to maintain all student transcripts and academic records. The role requires collaboration with the Dean and all departments, accurate maintenance of files, and proactive management of scheduling, enrollment verification, and graduation audits to ensure timely and compliant records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Academic experience in registrar/records management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain student course/program schedules for the campus.
• Verify student transcripts and admissions documentation.
• Maintain accurate paper and electronic student files and official documentation.
• Create course sections in the student database using campus program wheel.
• Create and maintain student schedules using campus programs and online campus wheel; monitor audit sheets.
• Pull start date reports and identify new enrollments for scheduling.
• Reschedule students due to failed courses, program changes, or status changes.
• Pull grade reports and status reports to identify continuing students needing rescheduling.
• Enter placement scores, transfer credits, and other data driving scheduling decisions.
• Answer phone, email and in-person inquiries; filing and general office duties.
• Serve as back-up to the Registrar by cross-training on essential duties.
• Process enrollment verification, official transcripts, graduation audits, transcript requests, and status changes.
• Assist in new student orientation and pre-registration.
