Responsibilities

• Supervise and oversee daily operations of the campus and its programs.
• Collaborate with corporate officers to ensure the success of all departments.
• Develop annual operational goals and ensure completion.
• Establish and manage campus budget and payroll.
• Maintain facilities and supervise campus personnel.
• Ensure IAIP is established with quarterly progress meetings.
• Prepare reports on financials, campus performance, student outcomes, graduations.
• Hire, train and develop staff; enforce campus policies.
• Attend and facilitate campus meetings to drive success.
• Maintain a safe, high-quality learning environment for staff and students.
• Oversee employee awards program.
• Address student issues through the grievance process.
