Job summary

Acceleration Academies, LLC is seeking a Registrar to manage enrollment, graduation and withdrawal processes while maintaining accurate student records. The role supports operational efficiency through collaboration with staff and community partners to help students achieve their goals.

The ideal candidate has an associate degree (bachelor’s preferred) and 2+ years of experience with student records, including familiarity with non-traditional learning environments and data analysis.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of experience managing student records or in a related role.
• Familiarity with non-traditional educational settings or alternative learning environments.

Responsibilities

• Process new student enrollments and onboarding smoothly.
• Request and evaluate transcripts to ensure proper placement.
• Maintain attendance records and update course schedules.
• Convert and align grades to district standards and create grade sheets.
• Assist students with college applications by preparing transcripts.
• Provide administrative support for daily academy operations.
• Prepare graduation lists and coordinate diploma processing with the district.
• Participate in academy meetings and community events.
• Collaborate with staff to identify and resolve student-related issues.
