Job summary

UC Irvine seeks a Senior Residency Officer in the Division of Enrollment Management to provide student record information to students, staff, and the public. You will apply policies, process requests, and distribute verifications and transcripts in a timely, accurate manner.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, strong problem solving, organizational and communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects. Familiarity with MS Word, Excel, Outlook is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Ability to apply policies to diverse student situations.
• Strong written and verbal communication and customer service orientation.
• Experience with coordinating multiple projects and meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Process requests and distribute verifications and transcripts.
• Manage diploma ordering and distribution; refer complex cases to staff as needed.
