Qualifications

• Must be a currently enrolled RCC student with Learn & Earn eligibility.
• Good academic standing.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work with diverse student populations, faculty, staff, and administrators.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and general administrative technology.
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively as part of a team.
• Preferred involvement in Honors/PTK or campus activities.
• Prior administrative, student-support, outreach, event, or leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and student-support assistance to the Honors Program Coordinator and PTK Advisor.
• Support academic enrichment, student leadership, events, communications, outreach, and program activities.
• Plan, coordinate, and promote meetings, workshops, ceremonies, and student engagement activities.
• Support student recruitment, outreach, and communications for Honors and PTK programs.
• Maintain program records, student rosters, correspondence, and other materials.
• Assist with PTK membership and Honors-related activities, including orientations and recognitions.
• Prepare correspondence, flyers, announcements, presentations, and materials.
• Track student participation, accomplishments, and program activities.
• Serve as a positive, peer-informed resource for current RCC students.
• Perform other duties related to academic programs and student engagement as assigned.
