Houston Community College seeks a Pathways and Case Management Advisor to partner with students, faculty, staff, Instructional Services, administrators, and the community in developing intentional educational and career plans to help students achieve academic, personal, and professional goals.

The role provides high-level customer service for a caseload, supports walk-ins and peak registration, and contributes to retention, completion, and transfer outcomes to college, university, or workforce.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent.
• Master’s degree preferred in a related field.
• 2 years related work experience in a post-secondary institution.

Responsabilidades

• Identify educational and career options with students and help set goals and action plans.
• Monitor student progress and maintain case management records using technology.
• Provide information on college guidelines, resources, and transfer options.
• Assist with admissions, orientation, and completion programs to support retention and success.
