• Educate students on financial aid processes.

Skills

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Strong interpersonal and customer service skills

Ability to effectively multi-task

Proficiency in computer applications (Microsoft Office, databases)

Knowledge of contact center technologies

Education

High school diploma or GED equivalent
