Job summary

Laredo College is seeking a Career Navigator to recruit, advise, and support participants in the Pathways to Success Center, guiding them toward higher education or workforce transitions. You will provide information on admissions, financial aid, scholarships, registration, and program planning through presentations and individual advising.

You will collaborate with partner organizations, oversee HSE voucher distribution, track progress toward grant objectives, and prepare required compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and/or Sociology.
• At least one year of academic/career advising experience.
• A valid State Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and advise participants for Pathways to Success Center.
• Guide admissions, financial aid, registration, and course planning.
• Collaborate with partner organizations to connect participants with services.
• Monitor grant-required metrics and manage high school equivalency vouchers.
