Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree with six months of related experience in a college or customer service environment.
• Or three years of related college, customer service, or administrative experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, timely, and accurate customer service to students and staff.
• Help students navigate onboarding, registration, and college processes.
• Assess students' basic needs and interests.
• Use guided pathways to help students set educational and career goals.
• Provide academic and student support through technology and on campus.
• Represent the college at events and open houses.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
