The University of Oklahoma's Women’s and Gender Studies department seeks a part-time Student Office Assistant to aid reception, administer daily tasks, and support events and communications. The position is designed for an engaged undergraduate student eager to develop professional skills in a collaborative office setting.
Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm with occasional evenings. Applicants must be enrolled for Fall 2026, provide a resume, class schedule, and cover letter as attachments.

Position Introduction:
The Women's and Gender Studies Student Office Assistants work with our department staff and faculty to provide a welcoming, inclusive atmosphere while assisting with the reception and administrative duties of the department.
