Job summary

University of Oklahoma is seeking an Athletics Facilities, Events & Game Operations Student Assistant to staff events and support daily operations for OU Athletics.

Responsibilities include guest services, emergency notifications, and A/V/scoreboard support. Must be enrolled in Fall 2026 as an undergraduate in good standing; background check will be completed. This is a rotating shift, on-site opportunity with part-time hours.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in Fall 2026 as an undergraduate student at the University of Oklahoma.
• Verification of current student status required.

Responsibilities

• Staff OU Athletics events and assist Athletics Internal Operations with daily duties.
• Provide guest services and emergency service notification; assist with general labor and setup.
• Operate score boards and provide AV support as needed.

Pay Range:Targeted salary of $10.00/hour, based on education and experience

Position Introduction:

Athletics Facilities, Events & Game Operations Student Assistants will staff OU Athletics events and assist the Athletics
Internal Operations Departments to fulfill their daily duties. Assignments include, but are not limited to the following:

• Guest Services


• Emergency service notification


• General Laborer


• Score Board Operator


• A/V Assistant

Required Education and Experience:

• Must be currently enrolled in the Fall 2026 Term as an undergraduate student in good standing at the University of Oklahoma.
