PeopleShare by PROMAN is seeking a motivated Student Loan Representative in Newark, DE to assist borrowers with delinquent accounts and repayment solutions. This role focuses on providing excellent customer service within the collections and financial services space.

You will handle payment arrangements, compliance, and ongoing account resolution while supporting a fast-paced team. Evening shifts and two weeknights per week are required, with rotating Saturdays as part of full-time scheduling.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Previous customer service experience required.
• Knowledge of FDCPA regulations, credit reports, or collections processes is helpful but not required.
• Bilingual Spanish-speaking candidates are encouraged to apply.

Aufgaben

• Contact borrowers regarding outstanding student loan accounts and work toward positive account resolution.
• Meet departmental performance goals and activity standards.
• Handle a required number of accounts per hour while maintaining quality interactions.
• Negotiate and set up payment arrangements based on individual borrower circumstances.
• Follow up on accounts until resolved, cured from delinquency, settled, or deemed uncollectible.
• Perform skip tracing activities to locate borrower contact information.
• Maintain accurate account notes and documentation in company systems.
• Ensure compliance with FDCPA regulations and company policies.
• Participate in required training and ongoing development programs.
• Provide professional customer service while helping borrowers identify repayment solutions.
• Complete additional duties as assigned by management.
