Job summary

ConServe is seeking a dedicated representative to manage delinquent student loan accounts in a hybrid role based in Buffalo, NY. The position requires onsite work three days per week with two remote days, offering a consultative approach to help consumers resolve balances while meeting performance goals.

Your responsibilities include collecting information, presenting solutions, maintaining records, and achieving monthly targets in a fast-paced office environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Willingness to work 8-hour shifts with a 3-day onsite schedule and 2 remote days.

Responsibilities

• Obtain information from Consumers to determine current financial situation and solutions.
• Provide solutions to Consumers to enable them to resolve their obligation administratively or voluntarily.
• Meet daily, weekly and monthly goals as set by management at ConServe.
• Record maintenance and updating of system to maximize contacts.
• Skip-tracing to assist in locating and contacting consumers.
• Adherence to ConServe’s PPMS, Code of Conduct, and Compliance Program.
