Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include a college or university degree in related field.
• Two to five years of work experience in a related job discipline.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master’s in Higher Education Administration strongly preferred.
• Experience in student services or customer service strongly preferred.
• Experience in an academic or medical center environment.
• Experience with website/content management strongly preferred.
• Employment in increasingly responsible positions which require handling sensitive and confidential information is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the planning and execution of student events and act as liaison between PSOM and faculty, students, staff, and families.
• Support Pritzker’s Wellness Initiative, student-run Free Clinics, and community outreach activities.
• Provide administrative support to the Dean of Students, Associate Dean of Students and Professional Development, and the Executive Director of Student Affairs.
• Maintain and update the Pritzker Website, calendars, student listservs, and other online resources.
• Manage student reimbursements, ordering, vendor payments using Oracle, GEMS, and related tools.
• Maintain organizational records and archives; monitor timelines and event delivery.
• Market and promote student activities programming throughout the year.
• Develop activities, programs, and initiatives related to student life and evaluate program effectiveness.
• Perform other related work as needed.
