Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2–5 years of program management experience preferred.
• Experience in student services or customer service preferred.
• Experience in an academic or medical center environment preferred.
• Experience with website/content management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate student events and liaise between PSOM and faculty, students, staff, and families.
• Support Wellness Initiative and student-run clinics and community outreach.
• Provide administrative support to the Dean of Students and related leadership.
• Maintain and update the Pritzker website, calendars, and student lists.
• Manage reimbursements, vendor payments, and other financial activities.
