Job summary

The University of Chicago’s Pritzker School of Medicine seeks a Student Programs Manager to provide high-level program management, administrative and logistical support in the Student Affairs & Programs unit. This role requires outstanding interpersonal and operational skills to advance the medical education experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum a college or university degree in related field.
• Two or more years of program management experience preferred.
• Experience in student services or customer service is strongly preferred.
• Experience in an academic or medical center environment is desirable.
• Experience with website/content management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate student events and serve as liaison among faculty, students, staff, and families.
• Support Wellness Initiatives and student-run clinics and community activities.
• Provide administrative support to Dean of Students and related offices.
• Maintain Pritzker website, calendars, and student communications.
• Manage reimbursements, vendor payments, and other financial tasks using University systems.
• Maintain records, plan timelines, and provide program logistics.
• Market student activities and develop programs for student life.
• Collaborate to develop events and evaluate program effectiveness.
• Perform other related work as needed.
