Number of Positions: Two – the responsibilities require more than the capacity of one student.
Hours per Week: Up to 15 hours per week per student (up to 30 hours per week for 2 students)

Remote work allowed: Yes (up to 75% of time – newsletters, emails, event planning, program planning, communication to students, faculty and staff). Remote work will be assessed by weekly meetings with co‑coordinators to plan, support, review and engage in programming.
Job Description
- Staffing in the Student Life office – 4–6 hours per week (40%)
- Meet with Administration on behalf of AUS students – 10%
- Host Student Assembly & Brown Bag – 10%
- Plan and facilitate Welcome Weekend Event (Fall Quarter Student Orientation) – 10%
- Develop and publish Staying Connected Newsletter (at least bi‑weekly) – 15%
- Check and respond to emails – 10%
- Host joint student group meeting – 5%
Qualifications
- Applicants must be enrolled students at Antioch University living in the United States.
- Familiarity with AUS Anti‑Racism framework.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (particularly Word & Excel), Adobe Acrobat, and Google Suite.
- Familiarity with Antioch databases and programs: MyAntioch, Gmail, Sakai, AUS Website, etc.
- Ability to maintain privacy and confidentiality.
- Strong professional conduct in academic settings.
- Commitment to accuracy and data input.
- Ability to work independently and with a group of others.
- Excellent time‑management skills for short and long‑term projects.
- Desire to take initiative on new projects and offer creative ideas and solutions.
- Familiarity with Canva or other publishing programs.
- Enthusiastic and collaborative.
