The University of Toledo is seeking a Program Manager of Student Leadership for Neff College of Business & Innovation. You will lead major leadership initiatives, oversee programs like Klar Leadership Academy and Jump Start, and drive student engagement aligned with college priorities.

You will coordinate, implement, and assess programs, working with students, faculty, staff, alumni, donors, corporate partners, and community partners to achieve high-quality outcomes and student success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Proficiency in project management and strong writing/public speaking skills.
• Excellent MS Office and emerging technologies proficiency.
• Ability to work under tight timelines and high volume work.
• Strong interpersonal and collaborative abilities.
