Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training/experience required.
• Experience delivering career advising information in higher education.
• Experience designing career advising resources (curriculum/ coursework) via Blackboard, websites, and other media.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and desktop publishing software.
• Familiarity with University policies and student services is preferred.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication; ability to handle sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for the Office of Student Affairs with primary management in medical student programs and transition ceremonies.
• Oversee medical student services and office operations, including absences, advising programming, and rosters.
• Guide student professional development through oversight of career events.
