Job summary

University of Toledo seeks a Program Manager for Student Leadership in the Neff College of Business & Innovation to lead undergraduate and graduate leadership initiatives, including the Klar Leadership Academy, Advanced Leadership Academy, Neff Scholars Program, and Jump Start Program.

The role collaborates with students, faculty, staff, alumni, donors, and community partners to develop engaging programming that supports student leadership, academic success, and professional growth.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
3-5 years of experience in higher education, student development, leadership programming, event management, or nonprofit administration preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead and administer major undergraduate and graduate leadership initiatives (Klar Leadership Academy, Advanced Leadership Academy, Neff Scholars Program, Jump Start).
Develop, coordinate, implement, and assess programming that promotes student leadership development and engagement.
Partner with students, faculty, staff, alumni, donors and community partners to ensure high-quality programming.
Leverage Microsoft Office and other emerging technologies to support programs.
Apply proficiency in project management, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.
Work independently under minimal supervision and tight timelines.
