Job summary

Columbus State Community College is seeking a Program Coordinator, Student Insight & Leadership Development to support student clubs, voice, and leadership programs. The role handles renewals, submissions, and data entry in core record systems, and coordinates event logistics and training sessions across campus.

The position reports to the Coordinator/Director and requires a Bachelor's degree with 2 years of related experience, plus a valid license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in communications, social sciences, business administration, project management, or closely related field.
• Two years of experience in program or event coordination and logistics, records processing, data entry and administration, student engagement, or related work in an educational or comparable setting.
• State Motor Vehicle Operator's License or demonstrated ability to gain access to work site(s).

Responsibilities

• Receives and processes student organization renewals, registrations, and updates and enters information into systems of record.
• Tracks outstanding items and issues reminders to student officers and advisors using templates and timelines.
• Coordinates logistics of student organization events, involvement programs, trainings, and required sessions.
• Performs data entry and record maintenance in Cougar Connect and related co-curricular systems.
• Provides preparation and production support for student insight and reporting activities.

Education

Bachelor's degree in communications, social sciences, business administration, project management, or a closely related field

Master's degree in a related field
