Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications, social sciences, business administration, project management, or a closely related field.
• Two (2) years of experience in program or event coordination and logistics, records processing, data entry and administration, student engagement, or related work in an educational or comparable setting.
• State Motor Vehicle Operator's License or demonstrable ability to gain access to work site(s).

Responsibilities

• Processes student organization renewal, registration, and update submissions and enters information into CougarConnect and related systems.
• Coordinates logistics of student organization events, involvement programming, and required training sessions.
• Performs data entry and record maintenance within CougarConnect and related co-curricular systems.
• Generates standard reports and maintains records, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Provides first-level user support to student leaders and organization advisors on navigation and common tasks.
