Job summary

Columbus State Community College is seeking a Program Manager for the Student Wellbeing Resource Center to lead coordination and continuous improvement of wellbeing programming, assessment, and student success initiatives across campus locations.

Responsibilities include developing partnerships, data tracking and reporting, grant and accreditation support, and cross-department collaboration to advance holistic student support and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Higher Education or related field.
• Progressive leadership experience in Higher Education Administration, Career Services, Academic Advising, or Academic Student Support and Retention.
• State Motor Vehicle Operator's License or demonstrable ability to gain access to work site(s).

Responsibilities

• Designs, implements, and expands wellbeing programs; cultivates partnerships and supervises program delivery.
• Tracks, evaluates, and manages programming; identifies grants and resources for student success.
• Creates communications materials, reports, and assists with accreditation documentation.
• Leads data tracking and prepares status reports for management.
• Engages in cross-department planning to support student success.
