Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• Three years of experience in program management or college testing with increasing responsibility.
• Experience in clerical and customer service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides functional oversight of assessment services and day-to-day scheduling for staff and student employees.
• Manages off-site and virtual assessment services, including partner coordination and proctoring training.
• Tracks and maintains operational data and records to support planning, reporting and continuous improvement.
• Fosters a respectful, inclusive environment and supports adherence to applicable standards and policies.
