Job summary

Yugo is seeking a Property Manager to lead a thriving on-site team at our State College community. You will oversee leasing, resident relations, budgeting, and marketing to maximize occupancy and financial performance.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, managing rent collections, ensuring compliance with policies and laws, and coordinating capital projects while delivering an exceptional living experience for residents.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years supervisory experience in residential properties or similar.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with sales focus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise on-site staff to meet operational goals.
• Oversee rent collections, delinquencies and evictions per policy.
• Manage accounts receivable/payable and budgeting processes.
• Coordinate leasing, marketing and retention initiatives.
• Review financial reports, budgets and occupancy trends.
• Lead property improvement projects within budget.
