Yugo Echelon State College is seeking a Property Manager to lead on-site operations for a student housing community. You will oversee leasing, resident relations, budgeting, and maintenance to drive occupancy and financial performance.

The role requires a minimum of three years of supervisory experience in residential properties, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, and proficiency withEntrata/Yardi/Real Page. Competitive compensation and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years’ supervisory experience in residential properties or related operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, preferred; in lieu of degree, equivalent experience in residential properties or rental operations preferred.
• Proficiency with property management software (Entrata, Yardi, Real Page) and online systems.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and meet targets.

Responsibilities

• Supervise on-site staff to meet operational goals.
• Oversee rent collections, delinquency management, and evictions per policy and law.
• Manage AR/AP and ensure timely financial transactions.
• Coordinate leasing, marketing, and resident retention to maximize occupancy and revenue.
• Monitor market trends, pricing, and community positioning.
• Review financial reports, budgets, occupancy trends, and operating performance.
• Identify opportunities to increase revenue and reduce expenses.
• Assist in preparing operating and capital budgets.
• Address resident concerns and ensure safety and compliance.
• Oversee maintenance operations in partnership with the Maintenance Supervisor.
