Yugo Echelon State College is seeking a Property Manager to lead on-site operations, drive leasing, and manage resident relations at our State College campus. You will oversee budgeting, marketing, and staff performance to deliver strong occupancy and asset value.

The role requires 3+ years of supervisory property experience, a business-related degree (or equivalent), and proficiency with Entrata/Yardi/Real Page.

Competenze

• Minimum of three years’ supervisory experience in property or rental operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred; equivalent experience acceptable.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build relationships.
• Experience in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with emphasis on sales and marketing.
• Proficiency with property management software (Entrata, Yardi, Real Page).
• Carbon Literacy Certification or willingness to undertake training.

Mansioni

• Supervise on-site staff to meet operational goals and daily responsibilities.
• Oversee rent collections, delinquency management, and eviction processes per policy and law.
• Manage accounts receivable/payable and ensure timely financial transactions.
• Coordinate leasing, marketing, and resident retention to maximize occupancy and revenue.
• Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and community positioning.
• Review financial reports, budgets, occupancy trends, and operating performance.
