Job summary

Yugo is seeking a Regional Property Manager to lead on-site teams across residential communities. You will supervise staff, manage leasing and marketing, and ensure financial and operating performance.

Key focus on occupancy, revenue growth, and compliance with Fair Housing and company policies. The role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication, and proficiency with Entrata, Yardi, or RealPage.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years’ supervisory experience in residential properties.
• Experience in student/university housing preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Proficient with property management software.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise on-site staff to meet operations goals.
• Oversee rent collections, delinquency management, and evictions.
• Coordinate leasing, marketing, and resident retention initiatives.
• Review financial reports, budgets, occupancy trends, and performance.
• Oversee property maintenance and safety standards.
• Coordinate vendor contracts and project coordination.
• Recruit, train, and develop team members.
