Job summary

Yugo USA LLC. in Tempe, AZ is seeking a Property Manager to lead a vibrant student housing community. You will oversee leasing, resident relations, budgeting, marketing, and team leadership to drive occupancy and performance.

Reporting to the Regional Property Manager, you’ll manage on-site staff, enforce policies, coordinate maintenance, and ensure compliance while delivering an exceptional living experience for residents and contributing to the community’s growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years’ supervisory experience in residential properties or rental operations.
• Experience running a property, preferably student/university housing.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred; in lieu of degree, equivalent property/rental ops experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead on-site staff to meet operational goals and daily tasks.
• Oversee rent collection, delinquency management, and eviction processes per policy and law.
• Manage accounts receivable/payable and ensure timely financial transactions.
• Coordinate leasing, marketing, and resident retention to maximize occupancy and revenue.
• Review financial reports, budgets, and occupancy trends to improve performance.
• Identify opportunities to increase revenue and reduce expenses.
