Job summary

Yugo, a global leader in student housing, is seeking a Property Manager to lead on-site teams and drive leasing, budgeting, and resident relations across our communities.

Reporting to the Regional Property Manager, you will supervise staff, manage rent collections, coordinate marketing, monitor financial performance, and ensure compliance with Fair Housing and laws while delivering an exceptional living experience for residents.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years’ supervisory experience in residential properties.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or equivalent experience in residential properties.
• Proficiency with property management software (Entrata/Yardi/RealPage).

Responsibilities

• Supervise on-site staff to meet goals and deadlines.
• Oversee rent collections and delinquency management.
• Coordinate leasing, marketing, and resident retention initiatives.
• Prepare and manage annual operating and capital budgets.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies.
